Fiji Airways A330 to return to service on Monday

Fiji Airways has today advised that its A330 aircraft (Island of Namuka-i-Lau) is expected to return to service on Monday June 1st upon completion of repair work in Brisbane. The A330 is expected to operate a Sydney-Nadi service on Monday, and the airline anticipates a return to normal schedules on Tuesday June 2nd.

In the meantime, some Fiji Airways’ flights will continue to be affected. Passengers are requested visit the Fiji Airways website (http://www.fijiairways.com/flight-information/travel-alerts/) to check on their flight status. Two Fiji Airways flights between Sydney and Nadi this Saturday will be operated by chartered aircraft, as the airline attempts to minimise disruptions.

Fiji Airways understands the disappointment and frustrations of its passengers who have experienced delays and disruptions in this two-week period.
