Competition Appeal Tribunal ruled in favour of AirAsia Berhad against RM10 million fine by Malaysia Competition Commission (MyCC)
KUALA LUMPUR, 4 FEBRUARY 2016 – AirAsia Berhad is pleased that the Competition Appeal Tribunal has unanimously decided to overturn MyCC’s decision which carried a RM10 million fine.
AirAsia believes that the decision today sets the right direction for the development of competition law jurisprudence in Malaysia.
