Paz Aviation announces new hires as firm grows

HIALEAH, FL – Paz Aviation, a leader in the aircraft MRO industry for more than 25 years, announces that three new professional MRO technicians have joined the Paz Aviation team: David Rivas, Dana Harris and Edward Johns.

David Rivas is an experienced Avionics and Electromechanical Technician who has worked for multiple aerospace companies, including airlines, repair stations, and avionics OEMs. David adds his technical knowledge in expanding shop capabilities to the Avionics and Electromechanical Departments at Paz Aviation. David has 20 years in the industry.

Dana Harris is a 30-year Aviation Technician with his Airframe and Powerplant Certification. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics at Embry Riddle University. Dana’s significant experience includes working for General Electric, Hill-Rom, and the U.S. Air Force. He will be working in Paz Aviation’s Pneumatics and Hydraulics Departments.

Edward Johns is a U.S. Navy veteran with 30 years of experience in the industry. He has his Airframe and Powerplant Certificate, and has worked for a number of the largest MROs in the industry. Edward brings his wealth of experience to Paz Aviation’s CSD and Generator Department, where he has already excelled.

Brendan Campbell, Principal and Chief Financial Officer at Paz Aviation, said the new hires are key elements in Paz Aviation’s strategy to attract top MRO industry talent to enhance its technical and professional capabilities to better serve current and future clients.
