DVB Bank SE announced it has successfully underwritten and arranged the financing for Vietnam Airlines’ first Airbus A350-900XWB, leased from Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) Ltd.

DVB is the sole arranger and lender in this facility.

Allen and Overy, London acted for DAE as lessor’s counsel while Clifford Chance London represented DVB.
