LOT Announces New Direct Service From Stuttgart To Warsaw

Warsaw, 8 March 2017 – As of 1st of June LOT Polish Airlines will start direct connection bewteen Stuttgart and Warsaw. From Monday until Friday, flights will be operated twice a day, while on Saturday and Sunday modern Embraer jets will fly once a day on that route. This convenient connection enable passengers to travel with LOT to many destinations in Poland, Central and Eastern Europe as well as on long haul destinations to Astana, Beijing, Tokyo, Seoul and Los Angeles.

Comfortable schedule, short connecting time at Warsaw hub and modern fleet are only few ways, how LOT aims to become one of the leading airlines at Stuttgart Airport. Polish carrier operates more than 65 destinations across the world, offering practically unlimited travel options to different kind of clients – those traveling for business, as well as leasure customers.

Flights bewteen Warsaw and Stuttgart will be operated twice a day from Monday till Friday. On Saturday LOT will perform morning flight, while on Sunday will offer flight in the evening. Tickets for the flights can be booked from Thursday, 9 March 2017 on.

The following schedule gives passengers the shortest travel time to destinations such as Wrocław, Kosice, Kraków, Kiev, Kharkov, Vilnius, Sankt Petersburg, Beijing, Tokyo, Seoul, Astana, Los Angeles and many more with only 1 -2 hour transfer at Warsaw Chopin Airport.

All flights will be operated with modern Embraer jets in 3 class configuration. LOT Polish Airlines is the only carrier to offer economy and business, as well as premium economy class on both short haul and long haul flights.

Announcing flight from Stuttgart to Warsaw is a part of LOT’s profitable growth strategy which has been implementing since the early 2016. Based on its underlying assumptions LOT intends to become the first-choice airlines not only among passengers travelling from Poland but also from other countries in the region. Stuttgart is LOT’s fifth destination in Germany. Polish carrier flies also to Frankfurt, Munich, Dusseldorf and Hamburg. Stuttgart is another step reinforcing LOT’s position in that part of the continent.

LOT plans to continue its intensive development following 2017. As of April 2017, the carrier will launch direct flights to new US destinations, Newark and Los Angeles, in that way expanding its overseas routes. All long haul destinations are operated by the most modern aircraft in the world – Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
