We are delighted to advise you that China Southern Airlines Company Limited (CSA) , one of the most esteemed companies, would like to sell our 3EA MD90 APUs as follow.

We hope any customer could participate this spare parts sale. We should express our gratitude if you can present your offer subject to our terms and conditions setting forth as follows:

1. Delivery condition: The delivery condition is “as is , where is” condition. CSA will provide all available FAA or EASA or CAAC or CSA tags and documents.

2. Your offer shall be in USD currency and the Package shall be delivered under Ex Works CSA Warehouse (INCOTERM 2000). The packaging, transportation and insurance will all be responsible by the buyer.

3. Term of payment: USD 5, 000.00 shall be transferred to the account number of CSA ( the “Account”)after your offer is accepted by CSA. Such USD 5,000.00 will be considered as non-refundable deposit. The balance payment shall be paid before the APUs leaving CSA warehouse.

4. Date of inspection and delivery: The inspection date would be any date after the offer is accepted by CSA and the non-refundable deposit USD 5,000.00 fully received by CSA. The delivery date would be any date after the full purchase price is received by CSA.

5. Place of inspection: CSA warehouse, Shenyang, PR China.

6. Your offer shall be received by CSA by September 29th,2012( after such time shall be consider your offer null and void) and valid till March29th,2013.

7. This Letter is governed by the law of P.R China. Any dispute in respect of this Letter shall be submitted to Shenyang Arbitration Association.
