MONARCH AIRCRAFT ENGINEERING SUPPORTS TASMAN CARGO AIRLINES FLEET
Monarch Aircraft Engineering (MAEL), the award-winning independent aircraft maintenance provider and a division of The Monarch Group has assisted Tasman Cargo Airlines (TCA) in gaining its Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) Part 42 approval, which is Australia’s equivalent to the EASA Part M approval.
MAEL’s highly experienced technical service team provided full management support of the regulatory approval process for the Australian carrier’s Boeing 757 aircraft which has transferred on to the Australian register and will continue to provide fleet technical management services for the Boeing 757 aircraft on an ongoing basis.
Commenting on this major achievement and the ongoing fleet technical management agreement, Keith Earnden, Engineering Director for MAEL said; “We are extremely pleased that Tasman Cargo Airlines has gained their CASA Part 42 approval and are immensely proud to be part of this process.”
Ross Howley, Chief Executive Officer, Tasman Cargo Airlines said; “I would like to thank MAEL’s management service team for the excellent work carried out recently in support of our project to bring our Boeing 757 aircraft onto the Australian register. This has not been a straightforward or easy process, mainly due to the time schedule placed upon us and without Monarch’s expertise and willingness to make things work, we would have struggled to meet our deadlines."
