Peter Hartman steps down and Leni Boeren joins Air France-KLM board

Peter Hartman stepped down as vice-chairman of the Board of Directors of Air France-KLM today, Tuesday, 16 May 2017. Mr Hartman was president & CEO of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines from 2007 through 2013. He had been vice-chairman of the Board of Directors of the Air France-KLM Group since 1 July 2013.

Mr Hartman completed the agreed term of four years and is succeeded by Ms Leni Boeren, who was today officially appointed as independent director of the supervisory body of Air France-KLM at the Group’s annual general meeting of shareholders. Ms Boeren started het financial career at Paribas before moving to Rabobank, where she held various posts. She subsequently went on to hold a series of posts at Robeco and other companies.
