ABRA Group reaches agreement for the lease of up to 7 A330-900neo aircraft

São Paulo, October 16, 2025 – GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. (B3: GOLL54) (“GOL” or “Company”), one of Brazil’s leading airlines, informs that, as part of the fleet expansion strategy of its controlling shareholder, Abra Group Limited (the “Abra Group”), the Company has entered into operating lease agreements with Avolon Aerospace Leasing Limited (“Lessor”) for the lease of 5 Airbus A330-900neo aircraft, scheduled to be delivered in 2026, and has entered into a Letter of Intent with the Lessor for up to 2 Airbus A330-900neo aircraft (the “Aircraft”). Abra Group is the controlling shareholder of GOL and Avianca and a strategic investor in Wamos Air.

The Aircraft may be operated by any company of the Abra Group, with the ownership and financial costs of Aircraft to be borne by the respective operator. Fleet allocation will be determined by Abra, based on operational and financial needs, business opportunities, and the operational and financial situation of each company.

As informed in the press release disclosed today by Abra, the incorporation of the Aircraft to the group is part of Abra’s broader strategic plan to expand operations in the region and internationally, and complements other recent fleet decisions by the group.

Under the terms of the lease agreements, deliveries are scheduled to happen during 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions precedent.

As of this date, there are no immediate financial effects to Gol arising from the execution of the agreements, nor any definitive investment or indebtedness commitments assumed by any of the companies part of the Abra Group, such effects and commitments remain contingent upon delivery of the Aircraft.
