  • I cannot login.

    Please go to www.aviator.aero/forgot to reset your password. If you account is not found, then perhaps you did not sign up for a paid plan or someone else manages your account.

  • The newsletter is no longer emailed to me.

    Please contact us if the newsletter emails suddenly stopped. Be sure to check your spam folder first.

  • What are my payment options?

    We accept all major credit cards, wires, and company checks. All transactions are backed with SSL certification and your data is never shared with anyone.

  • How do I sign up?

    Please select a plan from the home page. Note the free plan only includes access to the daily email newsletter.

  • I would like to cancel my account.

    Please login to your account and access the billing tab to cancel. If you need to cancel on behalf of another colleague at your company, contact us. Note all accounts are prorated until end of month.

  • Do you have company plans?

    Yes, signup on the home page for companies up to 30 people, else contact us for Enterprise plans.

  • Can I send you my press releases and news?

    Yes, send all press releases and news to press[at]aviator.aero. We cannot guarantee the data will be published every time.

  • Can I list my aircraft or engine with you?

    Yes, please submit your aircraft and engines at www.aviator.aero/submit and we will list them in our database. We only list commercial aircraft and engines.

  • How do I update my account or password?

    Please login to access your account. If your account is managed by someone else, please contact us. You have reset your password at www.aviator.aero/forgot

  • Where do you source your data?

    We maintain hundreds of sources throughout the world that send us data on a daily basis.

  • What if I notice wrong or incorrect data?

    Please email us at info[at]aviator.aero to report any data that may be incorrect.
