Aegean Appoints New CFO and Chief Commercial Officer

Aegean Airlines has appointed Stella Dimaraki as chief financial officer and Ilias Mandroukas as chief commercial officer, with both appointments effective October 1, 2026.

Dimaraki moves into the CFO position after serving as deputy chief financial officer. She joined Aegean in 2007 and has been involved in developing and implementing the airline group’s financial strategy as well as executing transactions supporting its growth.

Mandroukas has been promoted from deputy chief commercial officer. He has worked at Aegean since 1999 and has held management positions across areas including digital and e-commerce, loyalty and customer engagement.

Both appointments represent internal promotions of long-serving executives within Aegean’s senior management team.
