Aeromexico has renewed and increased its syndicated revolving credit facility to $250 million, providing the Mexican carrier with additional liquidity and financial flexibility under a new three-year agreement.
The facility replaces and expands a $200 million revolving credit line established in November 2024, increasing available financing by $50 million.
BBVA Mexico served as sole global coordinator, sole bookrunner and administrative agent for the transaction, which included participation from domestic and international financial institutions.
Aeromexico plans to use the additional financial capacity to support ordinary operations, strategic investments and execution of its longer-term business plan.
The financing was completed through Aerovias de Mexico, a subsidiary of Grupo Aeromexico. The airline currently operates a fleet of approximately 170 aircraft and serves 100 destinations across Mexico and 23 other countries.
