AMS Advises Crianza Aviation In Respect of A380 Acquisition and Part-out

AMS is delighted to have advised Crianza Aviation in respect of its acquisition of an Airbus A380 for part-out. The aircraft, MSN 058, was first purchased in 2011 and subsequently leased to Singapore Airlines.

Crianza has credited AMS with ensuring a smooth redelivery of the aircraft from Singapore Airlines to the lessor, but also in playing a key role in evaluating the secondary market and providing commercial and technical advice in respect of the aircraft’s acquisition and part-out.
