AMTRA Aero Component Solutions Acquires Airbus A330-200 Airframe to Expand Widebody Component Portfolio

TULSA, OK — June 22, 2026 — AMTRA Aero Component Solutions LLC (“AACS”), a U.S.-based aircraft component supplier headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, announced the acquisition of MSN 529, an Airbus A330-200 airframe from Cargo Aircraft Management, Inc. (“CAM”). The aircraft will be disassembled and harvested for serviceable material to support the growing global fleet of Airbus A330 operators.

The acquisition represents a significant expansion of AACS’s widebody component portfolio and reinforces the company’s commitment to providing high-quality Used Serviceable Material (USM) to airlines, maintenance organizations, and aviation asset owners worldwide. Components recovered from the aircraft will be inducted into AACS inventory and marketed through the company’s global sales network.
