Amsterdam, July 22, 2025 – Arena Aviation Capital has completed the acquisition of a portfolio of ten (10) Embraer E190-100 LR aircraft, operated by Aeromexico, on behalf of a US-based investor client. The aircraft are subject to finance lease structures and represent Arena’s first investment in the regional aircraft space.

The transaction, sourced from Brasilmex Leasing, was notably complex and concluded after more than 24 months of structuring and execution. The final aircraft was delivered on 17 June 2025.

With this acquisition, Arena has now sourced a total of 135 aircraft for its investor clients since its launch in 2014. The company currently manages a portfolio of 60 on-lease aircraft and engines.
