AvAir Acquires Full Stop Technics

AvAir has acquired Full Stop Technics, expanding its aviation aftermarket platform with FAA- and EASA-certified wheel and brake maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) capabilities.

The acquisition adds specialized wheel and brake repair services to AvAir’s existing inventory business and follows the company’s recent purchase of more than 1,600 wheel and brake assemblies from Lufthansa Technik. AvAir said the combination will enable it to provide a more integrated offering for airlines, OEMs and MRO providers.

The transaction further expands AvAir’s global aftermarket capabilities following the opening of its third distribution facility near Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport earlier this year.
