Aviation Capital Group Leases Seven Boeing 737-10s to Skymark Airlines

Aviation Capital Group (ACG) has signed lease agreements with Skymark Airlines for seven Boeing 737-10 aircraft, with deliveries scheduled to begin in 2028.

The aircraft will come from ACG’s orderbook and support the Japanese carrier’s fleet renewal and expansion strategy. Skymark plans to use the higher-capacity aircraft to increase capacity on key domestic routes from Tokyo Haneda Airport while improving operating efficiency.

The agreement expands the long-standing relationship between ACG and Skymark, following previous leases of Boeing 737-800 aircraft. Skymark currently operates a fleet of 30 Boeing 737-800s and 737-8s and, in May 2026, became the first Japanese airline to place the 737-8 into commercial service in Japan.
