Avora Group Consolidates Four Aviation Businesses Under Integrated Platform

Avora Group has consolidated four aviation businesses spanning aircraft leasing, airline capacity, maintenance and training under a single group structure.

The platform brings together Avora Aviation, Fly2Sky, MX Technic and Avora Aviation Academy. Each business will retain its existing brand and specialization while operating as a business unit within Avora Group.

Avora Aviation provides aircraft leasing, trading and asset management services, while Fly2Sky is an EASA airline focused on capacity solutions. MX Technic provides EASA Part-145 maintenance and continuing airworthiness management services, and Avora Aviation Academy provides crew and technical training, with plans to expand into flight training.

The structure is intended to increase integration between the businesses, allowing aircraft leasing and asset management activities to be combined with operational capacity, maintenance and training services.

For airline customers, the group plans to provide services ranging from short-term and seasonal capacity through Fly2Sky to longer-term aircraft solutions through Avora Aviation, supported by MX Technic and the training capabilities of Avora Aviation Academy.

The individual businesses will continue operating independently within their respective areas while sharing Avora Group’s infrastructure, capital and aviation expertise.
