Baykar has established a new commercial air cargo airline in Turkiye, with plans to operate domestic and international cargo services out of Istanbul.
Baykar is currently recruiting Airbus A321P2F pilots and ground staff for the airline, indicating that the freighter model will form part of its planned cargo operations.
Further details on the airline’s planned fleet size, launch date and initial cargo network have not yet been disclosed by the private Turkish defense company.
