BBAM has completed the final close of Incline Aviation III, its third flagship aviation investment fund, securing more than $1.7 billion in total capital commitments from existing and new institutional investors.
The fund will pursue investment opportunities across commercial aircraft, engines and aviation-related credit, continuing the investment strategy established through BBAM’s previous Incline funds.
As of June 2026, Incline Aviation III had already invested or committed more than $625 million in equity, representing approximately 37% of its final capital commitments.
The latest fund exceeds the size of its predecessors, Incline Aviation I, which raised $1.2 billion including affiliated co-investment, and Incline Aviation II, which secured $1.5 billion.
BBAM manages more than 500 aircraft serving over 100 airline customers across more than 50 countries. The company specializes in aircraft investment, leasing, financing and asset management.
The closing expands BBAM’s available investment capital as it continues pursuing aircraft and engine transactions across the global aviation market.
