BeauTech Strengthens CF34-10 Leadership With JetBlue Engine Acquisition

Dallas, Texas – 8 August 2025 – BeauTech Power Systems LLC (“BeauTech”), the largest lessor of CF34-10 engines worldwide, has signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with JetBlue Airways Corporation for 11 General Electric CF34-10E6 engines, further expanding its engine leasing portfolio.

This transaction further strengthens BeauTech’s position as a global leader in CF34-10 engine leasing and contributes to its total portfolio of over 160 spare engines. The newly acquired engines will support fleet transitions, bridge maintenance events, and extend operational life for airlines and MROs, helping them maximize aircraft utilization while minimizing downtime.
