BermudAir has announced an order for 10 Airbus A220-300 aircraft as the Bermuda-based startup airline prepares to expand its route network and accelerate fleet growth.
The order, placed by affiliated company Odyssey and originally booked by Airbus in March, was disclosed during the Farnborough International Airshow.
The carrier said the A220-300 will support the introduction of new routes while providing greater operating efficiency and passenger comfort. BermudAir plans to expand its A220 fleet to as many as 20 aircraft by 2030 as it continues to grow its business.
