Airbus Group SE (stock exchange symbol: AIR) will change its stock market listing name to Airbus in January 2017. This follows the decision announced in September to merge its Group structure with the Commercial Aircraft division. Once the legal proceedings are concluded, Airbus will no longer be a Group with three divisions but rather a commercial aircraft manufacturer with two divisions, “Defence and Space” and “Helicopters”.

The integration leads to the introduction of a single Airbus brand for the Group and all its entities.

The listing name of the shares will be modified as follows from 2 January 2017, while other details are unchanged:

· ISIN code: NL0000235190
· Euronext code: NL0000235190
· Symbol: AIR

The legal name change to Airbus SE is still subject to the approval of the Annual General Meeting due to be held in April 2017. Airbus Group shares are listed in France, Germany and Spain.
