Chisinau-Amsterdam, through Vienna
It becomes more accessible for Moldavian citizens to travel in Netherlands. The cost of a one way ticket, from Chisinau to the Dutch capital starts from 148 Euro, all taxes included.
“Air Moldova” and “Austrian Airlines” have signed a code-share agreement on the joint exploitation of the Vienna-Amsterdam inter-European air line, which will enter into force on 1st of July.
Based on this agreement, “Air Moldova” airline will exercise commercial rights on the international route Chisinau-Prague through a third country. Air Moldova is the operating carrier on the route Chisinau-Vienna and the marketing carrier for Vienna-Amsterdam flights, operated by the airline “Austrian Airlines” (as the operating carrier).
“Air Moldova” and “Austrian Airlines” have a long cooperation experience, the bilateral interline agreements, special prorates agreements and the code-share agreement for Chisinau-Vienna flights. The new code-share agreement significantly expands the possibilities for transit passengers of Air Moldova, traveling from Chisinau to Amsterdam and back.
“Air Moldova” flight 9U867/9U868 Chisinau-Vienna-Chisinau is operated twice per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays by the comfortable aircraft type Embraer 190.
“Air Moldova” flight 9U9373/9U9372 Vienna-Amsterdam-Vienna is operated twice per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays by the comfortable aircrafts type Airbus A320, Boeing 737 NG and Fokker 100 of “Austrian Airlines”.
Tickets for the route Chisinau-Amsterdam are already available on the company’s official website www.airmoldova.md, official sales offices of Air Moldova, but also in all authorized travel agencies from the country.
