Embraer and Strata Expand Aerostructures Collaboration

Embraer and Strata Manufacturing have signed a memorandum of agreement to explore the supply of advanced composite aerostructures for Embraer’s commercial aircraft programs, strengthening cooperation between the Brazilian manufacturer and the UAE-based aerospace supplier.

Signed at the Farnborough International Airshow, the agreement establishes a framework to evaluate Strata’s participation in the Embraer E2 family through a phased assessment covering technical, commercial and contractual requirements. The companies also intend to explore opportunities across additional Embraer aircraft platforms.

The partnership combines Embraer’s commercial aircraft expertise with Strata’s capabilities in advanced composite manufacturing, with the objective of enhancing supply chain resilience while supporting the development of next-generation aerostructures technologies.

The agreement supports Strata’s strategy to expand its role in the global aerospace supply chain and reinforces the UAE’s ambition to strengthen its position as a hub for advanced aerospace manufacturing.
