FlyOne Armenia Selects CFM LEAP-1A Engines for A321neo Fleet

FlyOne Armenia has signed a memorandum of understanding with CFM International for four LEAP-1A engines to power two Airbus A321neo aircraft, following the airline’s order for the aircraft announced in May 2026.

The Yerevan-based carrier, which currently operates four Airbus A320ceo aircraft powered by CFM56-5B engines, said the new engines will support its fleet modernization strategy and improve operational efficiency as it expands across European markets.

FlyOne Armenia, established in 2021, serves more than 26 destinations with scheduled and charter services from Zvartnots International Airport. The addition of the A321neos will further strengthen the airline’s growth plans.

The agreement marks FlyOne Armenia’s first LEAP engine order with CFM International, expanding the partnership between the two companies as the airline transitions to the latest generation of narrowbody aircraft.
