Global Knafaim Leasing Completes A330-300 Transition to New Lessee

Global Knafaim Leasing has completed the transition of an Airbus A330-300 from Sunclass Airlines to a new European lessee, according to a filing by Knafaim Holdings.

The aircraft, manufactured in 2000, was returned by Sunclass Airlines on August 26, 2026, ending the existing lease. Global Knafaim Leasing simultaneously completed the follow-on lease transaction and delivered the aircraft to the new lessee.

The new customer is a European company that had not previously leased aircraft from Global Knafaim Leasing. The filing did not identify the lessee.

Global Knafaim Leasing owns the aircraft’s airframe, while a Rolls-Royce group company holds the rights to its engines. The parties jointly lease the aircraft and have updated their existing agreements to reflect the new lease while largely maintaining the commercial arrangements used under the Sunclass transaction.

Knafaim Holdings owns a 40.11% interest in Global Knafaim Leasing.
