HALO AirFinance Closes Senior Loan for B777-300ER Operated by African Flag Carrier

August 6, 2025 – Fort Lauderdale, Florida; Tokyo, Japan – HALO AirFinance (“HALO”), a joint venture between GA Telesis (“GAT”) and Tokyo Century Corporation (“TC”), has closed a senior term loan facility to support the refinancing of a mature Boeing 777-300ER. The aircraft is currently operated by a leading African flag carrier and owned by a joint venture between Perilune Aviation and a fund managed by Blue Owl.
