Heston Materials has secured an initial $20 million revolving financing facility from volofin Capital Management to support aviation asset acquisitions and expansion of its aftermarket operations.
The facility provides Heston Materials with additional capital to acquire aviation assets and expand its portfolio as investment and trading opportunities arise.
The revolving structure allows the company to access funding as needed, providing flexibility in managing aircraft-related asset purchases and capital allocation.
Heston Materials said the financing will support its growth strategy and strengthen its ability to respond to customer demand across the aviation aftermarket.
The agreement establishes a financing relationship with volofin Capital Management, which specializes in aviation-related investment and financing solutions.
The companies did not disclose the facility’s maturity, interest rate, collateral arrangements or potential for future increases in financing capacity.
