SkyWorks Announces Q2 2025 Activities

SkyWorks Holdings today announced completed transactions and new engagements entered into during Q2 2025 across its advisory and asset management platform, as follows:
• Completion of an assignment for SAS – Scandinavian Airlines resulting in the order of up to 55 Embraer E195-E2 aircraft.
• Completion of an assignment for Alaska Airlines with respect to a fleet assignment optimization to determine future fleet size, aircraft mix, and gauge requirements.
• Completion of an assignment for a U.S.-based investor with respect to arranging the sale of three 737-700 aircraft to FTAI Aviation on lease to Eastern Air Express.
• Completion of an assignment for a Latin American airline with respect to a restructuring of its fleet obligations.
• An engagement by Azul Brazilian Airlines with respect to fleet-related restructuring advisory services as part of its Chapter 11 restructuring.
• An engagement by a North American low-cost carrier with respect to an aircraft order campaign.
• An engagement by a North American low-cost carrier to review its commercial, business, and fleet plan.
• An engagement by a North American low-cost carrier with respect to the sale-and-leaseback financing of Pratt & Whitney PW1100G engines.
• An engagement by a global diversified helicopter operator related to the purchase of certain on-lease helicopters.
In addition, SkyWorks continued to support its clients related to the following engagements:
• Flair Airlines with respect to the sourcing of 737NG and 737 MAX aircraft.
• An EMEA ACMI carrier with respect to engine maintenance solutions.
• North American low-cost carrier with respect to the sale of certain 737-800 aircraft.
• US-based investor with respect to the remarketing of one A321-200PCF aircraft for sale or lease.
• North American low-cost carrier with respect to its aircraft order book.
• Latin American startup airline for fleet-related strategy and aircraft sourcing.
• Fiji Airways on fleet-related matters.
