SMBC Aviation Capital Delivers Third A320neo to Starflyer

Dublin, Ireland – July 23, 2025 – SMBC Aviation Capital is pleased to announce the successful delivery of one (1) Airbus A320-251N aircraft, bearing manufacturer’s serial number 12649 (the “Aircraft”), to Star Flyer Inc. (“Starflyer”).

This aircraft represents the third unit delivered to Starflyer as part of a broader three plus one A320NEO aircraft transaction, all sourced from our direct aircraft order with Airbus. The transaction reflects the strong, ongoing partnership between SMBC Aviation Capital and Starflyer, with a shared focus on fleet modernisation and operational excellence.

The final unit under this agreement is currently expected to be ready for delivery in late 2025.
