Regional aircraft lessor TrueNoord has completed the acquisition of an approximately 74% ownership stake by Arcus Infrastructure Partners, with founding investor Freshstream retaining the remaining interest through a reinvestment.
The transaction provides TrueNoord with long-term capital to support its next phase of growth and expand its portfolio of Embraer, ATR, Airbus and De Havilland Canada aircraft. The company said the investment strengthens its ability to provide fleet solutions to regional airline customers worldwide.
Chief Executive Officer Anne-Bart Tieleman said the completion of the transaction marks a significant milestone for the business, reinforcing TrueNoord’s position as a specialist regional aircraft lessor after a decade of growth.
Arcus Infrastructure Partners said the acquisition reflects confidence in the long-term fundamentals of the regional aviation leasing sector, noting that regional aircraft play a critical role in global connectivity and represent a resilient infrastructure asset class supported by long-term lease contracts.
