Turkish Airlines sells Air Albania shares

- The company said in a statement that its board has approved the sale.

Turkish Airlines announced on 19 November 2025, that it has decided to sell its entire 49% stake in Air Albania SHPK.

In a statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the company said that its board has approved the sale, while investors will be provided with further information on developments.

“Our Board of Directors, in which our partnership holds a 49 percent stake, Air Albania, has decided to sell all of its shares in SHPK. Important developments regarding this matter will be communicated to our investors,” it said.
