Charter Airline Enerjet Names New Chief Financial Officer

CALGARY, ALBERTA – Enerjet is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Michael Holditch as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective today. Mr. Holditch was previously CFO for the Calgary Flames LP. During his time with the Calgary Flames, he held several positions of increasing responsibility that spanned finance, operations, personnel, and customer services. Along with his several management roles, Mr. Holditch also held advisory and governance positions with the American Hockey League, the Western Hockey League, Higher Learning (an entrepreneurial venture) and multiple charitable organizations such as the Flames Foundation for Life.

As CFO of Enerjet, Mr. Holditch will be primarily responsible for the Company’s finances. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), he will share in the development of the Company’s strategic plan, and in the oversight of its deployment, and will play a key role in securing financial resources to support the plan. He will report to Mr. T.W. (Tim) Morgan, President and CEO. “Michael is an excellent addition to our ELT. His notable rise through the Calgary Flames organization demonstrates Michael’s ability to master many aspects of a very specific type of business.
