Official Announcement, Turkish Airlines and Lufthansa

In lieu of media reports of conversations between Turkish Airlines and Lufthansa, we would like to offer the following clarification.

Turkish Airlines is in constant positive communication with its Star Alliance partner, Lufthansa, regarding their joint venture, Sun Express.

In an effort to make certain that the cooperative venture meets the needs of all involved, Turkish Airlines and Lufthansa management are in discussion of this joint project.
