Adria Airways Supervisory Board meeting results

At today’s 24th meeting the Adria Airways Management Board informed the Supervisory Board of the operating results for January 2014.

In January 2014 Adria Airways reduced the number of scheduled and charter flights by 10.3%, in accordance with plans, while at the same time increasing the number of passengers carried by 13% compared to the same period last year. The total number of passengers carried by Adria in January 2014 was 61,316. In the case of scheduled services, the passenger load factor was up 5.3% on the same period last year and reached 64.45%. The operating results achieved in January 2014 were €0.6 million better than in the same period last year.

The Supervisory Board took note of measures designed to introduce changes to the business environment in the Republic of Slovenia. The Adria Airways Management Board reported to the Supervisory Board on further activities regarding the sale of operationally unnecessary assets and on preparations for the general meeting of shareholders, planned for July 2014.
