AEI AWARDED B727-200SF CONVERSION CONTRACT (YES I SAID B727-200SF)

MIAMI, FL., -January 25, 2011- Aeronautical Engineers, Inc. (AEI), is pleased to announce that it has been selected by an undisclosed customer to provide one B727-200SF 12 Pallet Configuration Passenger to Freighter Conversion. The aircraft, a B727-200 was built in 1981 and is currently undergoing freighter modification and heavy maintenance at AEI’s Authorized Conversion Center, Commercial Jet, Inc. which is located in Miami, Florida.

Mr. Robert T. Convey, Vice President of Sales & Marketing for AEI stated that “The B727-200SF Freighter continues to attract attention from operators around the world who are looking for a proven workhorse.” He goes on to say that “We continue to receive inquiries for our 12 Pallet B727-200SF and expect to convert up to three B727- 200SF aircraft in 2011.”

AEI’s B727-200SF 12 Pallet Configuration shall provide the operator with a Main Deck capable of carrying:

— Twelve 88”x125”x82” high AAA containers or netted pallets

The 12 pallet configuration was first developed by AEI and has been the backbone of the freight industry for over 15 years with 223 con- versions completed to date. In addition to developing the first 12 position B727-200SF, AEI was the first to develop the B737-200SF, B737-300SF 9 Pallet Configuration, B737-400SF 11 Pallet Configuration and the MD80SF.
