AEI REDELIVERS FIRST OF THREE YANGTZE RIVER B737-400SF's

MIAMI, FL., -October 18th, 2013 - Aeronautical Engineers, Inc. (AEI), is pleased to announce that it has redelivered the first of three B737-400SF 11 Pallet freighters to Yangtze River Express of Shanghai. The first freighter to deliver is a high gross weight B737-400SF (MSN 28759) built in 1998. The conversion was performed at AEI’s Authorized Conversion Center, Boeing Shanghai Aviation Services in Shanghai China. This is AEI’s 14th of an estimated 23 freighter redeliveries in 2013.

Mr. Liu Zhongqing, Vice President for Yangtze River Express state that “The reason that Yangtze River selected AEI’s STC is their proposal provides the largest transport capacity compared to the others which can meet the highest demands for our customers. We chose cooperating with Boeing Shanghai because of Boeing’s strong technical support and Boeing Shanghai’s vitality. We hope this successful PTF conversion program is a good start for our future cooperation with Boeing Shanghai in more areas.”

AEI’s B737-400SF 11 Pallet Configuration shall provide Yangtze River Express with an Ancra CLS capable of carrying multiple ULD’s including:
(10) 88″ × 125″ AAA Containers/pallets, P1 to P10 or
(8) 96″ × 126″ ULD’s and
(1) 53″ × 88″ × 64″ Pallet or AEP/AEH or 60.4″ × 61.5″ AKE/LD3 or 61.5″ × 88″ × 56″H AYY in P11
This unique flexibility has been designed by AEI to allow the operator to immediately adapt to multiple ULD configurations at a moment’s notice. When combined with proven reliability, the AEI Converted B737-400SF will allow Yangtze River Express to keep their aircraft where they belong “In the air, generating revenue”.
