AeroCentury Announces Aircraft Purchase

BURLINGAME, Calif., Dec. 16, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — AeroCentury Corp. (NYSE MKT: ACY), an independent aircraft leasing company, today announced the purchase from and leaseback to Adria Airways of two Bombardier CRJ900 aircraft.

“These are our first CRJ900s,” said Neal D. Crispin, President of AeroCentury. “Adria Airways, a Star Alliance member, is the national carrier of Slovenia and offers scheduled flights to twenty-two destinations throughout Europe. We are pleased to be adding a new aircraft type and a new customer at the same time.”
