Aerolineas Argentinas unites Iguazú with Rio de Janeiro

Today Aerolineas Argentinas inaugurates service between Iguazu and Rio de Janeiro. The flight will operate 3 days a week and connect Rio de Janeiro to the “Corridor Federal” which unites Bariloche, Mendoza, Salta and Iguazu.

The presentation for this Aerolineas Argentina new service will take place today at 5:30 PM at Capitan Krause international Airport in Iguazu. The Governor of the Misiones, Maurice Fabian Closs, the President of Aerolineas Argentinas Mariano Recalde and provincial authorities as well as tourism and business representatives will be in attendance.

The flight will operate Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, departing Buenos Aires (AEP) at 4:05 PM and arriving in Iguazu at 5:50 PM. At 6:45 PM the flight will depart Iguazu and arrive in Rio de Janeiro at 8:40 PM.

The return flight will depart Rio de Janeiro at 6:00 AM and arrive in Iguazu at 8:06 AM. The same flight will continue to Buenos Aires (AEP), departing at 8:55 AM and arriving at 10:45 AM.

This service will operate using a Boeing 737/700 NG plane.
