Aigle Azur launches a regular route to Faro
The airline company Aigle Azur is expanding its presence in Portugal, the network’s second most important destination, with the opening of the Paris-Orly > Faro route from 17th December.
The route between Paris and Faro, which has been in seasonal operation since 2008, will now operate throughout the year with twice the capacity and, as a result, with 2 weekly flights every Thursdays and Sundays allowing for long weekend stays.
This new route is part of the airline’s increased presence in the market and, during the winter, will allow it to serve the very attractive Algarve region in the south of Portugal, with its beautiful beaches, scenery and golf courses.
The French airline company had already announced a significant increase in capacity between Paris and Lisbon with 12 weekly flights, instead of the previous 7. And remember, Aigle Azur also serves Porto in the north of Portugal as well as Funchal on the island of Madeira with weekly flights.
Flights between Paris-Orly and Faro for the winter season are on sale now.
