Air Lease Corporation acquires Air France Boeing B777-300ER - Financed by KfW IPEX-Bank

Air Lease Corporation has mandated KfW IPEX-Bank as Arranger and sole Lender for a 8 year commercial debt financing of one 2008 vintage Boeing B777-300ER aircraft. The aircraft is being acquired from Air France and will be leased back to the airline for a period of eight years. The transaction closed on March 30, 2011.
