On Nov. 14, 2012, Air Macau and Asiana Airlines signed Memorandum of Understanding in the Asiana Town - headquarter of Asiana Airlines, Seoul, Korea. Behalf of their respective companies, Mr. Yang Jian Hua, Vice President of Air Macau, and Mr. Kwang Hee Ryu, EVP of Asiana Airlines signed the Memorandum of Understanding between Air Macau and Asian Airlines.

In reliance upon the MOU, Air Macau and Asiana Airlines agree to enter into code-share operation on Macau –Incheon (Seoul) v.v. route, currently planned for implementation on 30 November 2012. Since then, NX826/NX825, Air Macau flight on this route will carry the code of OZ6866/OZ6865 as well.

Based on basis of equal partnership, both carriers will do the best to enhance the strategic cooperation in all possible field, such as interline expansion, ground handling, catering service, etc.

Until now Air Macau has entered into code-share cooperation with Air China, ANA and Philippine Airlines.
