airberlin Annual General Meeting: directors re-elected
At the Annual General Meeting of Air Berlin PLC in London on Wednesday, the annual accounts for 2013 were confirmed. In addition, four members of the German airline’s Board of Directors were re-elected for a further period in office, and all other resolutions on the agenda were passed.
The shareholders elected the following as members of the Board: Johannes Zurnieden, member of the Board of Directors since 9th May 2006 and Chairman of the Board from May 2006 to 31st December 2010, Nicholas Teller, member of the Board of Directors since 9th May 2006, Dr. Lothar Steinebach, member of the Board of Directors since 1st October 2013, and Andries van Luijk, who has also been a member of the Board of Directors since 1st October 2013.
