Austria is a popular destination for both leisure and business travellers alike. From 1st November 2013, therefore, airberlin is increasing the number of flights to Vienna from Berlin-Tegel and Dusseldorf on Mondays to Fridays from five to six flights a day. In winter 2013, airberlin will be flying to the Austrian capital 36 times per week from Dusseldorf and 37 times per week from Berlin-Tegel. airberlin operates flights to Vienna from Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hanover, Munich and Nuremberg three times every day.
airberlin will also fly to Salzburg more frequently from 13th December 2013, when airberlin flights will depart from Hamburg to Salzburg ten times per week. The airline will also fly to Salzburg from Berlin-Tegel and Dusseldorf several times a day. airberlin will offer a service from the German capital to Graz six times per week.
