Allegiant Announces Correction to Fourth Quarter Capacity Guidance

LAS VEGAS. July 11, 2013 – Allegiant Travel Company (NASDAQ: ALGT) today announced a correction to its fourth quarter scheduled and system available seat miles (ASMs) guidance. Fourth quarter scheduled ASMs are expected to increase between ten and fourteen percent, while fourth quarter system ASMs are expected to increase between six and ten percent. The numbers were revised after it was determined that there was an error in the process used to forecast scheduled ASMs. The departure forecast was not affected by this error and remains unchanged.
