ALM Acquires A320neo Operated by Cebu Pacific

Aircraft Leasing & Management has acquired an Airbus A320neo operated by Cebu Pacific, adding the Philippine carrier as a new customer within the portfolio it manages for Fuyo General Lease.

The aircraft, RP-C4134, MSN 11143, becomes the first Cebu Pacific-operated aircraft in Fuyo’s managed portfolio.

The acquisition expands Fuyo’s exposure to new-generation narrowbody aircraft while further diversifying its airline customer base in Asia.

ALM is a wholly owned subsidiary of Japan-based Fuyo General Lease and manages aircraft on behalf of Fuyo and its subsidiaries. Its portfolio includes Airbus A220 and A320 Family aircraft as well as Boeing 737 Family aircraft.

Financial terms of the A320neo acquisition were not disclosed.
