Amsterdam, 31 December 2025 – Arena Aviation Capital has completed the acquisition of a portfolio of ten (10) Airbus A321-200 aircraft, operated by Vietnam Airlines. The aircraft, purchased from Vietnam Aircraft Leasing Joint Stock Company (“VALC”), represents Arena’s single largest transaction since its launch in 2013.

Erik Dahmen, Arena Chief Commercial Officer, states, “I congratulate the whole team on this monumental effort to get the deal closed on the brink of the New Year. Having our local presence and legal support, very familiar with the Southeast Asia business culture, was key to this success.”
