Arnd Schwierholz appointed Deputy Chief Financial Officer of airberlin

Arnd Schwierholz (44) has been appointed Deputy Chief Financial Officer of airberlin. He will take up his position with Germany’s second largest airline on 27th October 2014.

In Arnd Schwierholz, the airberlin finance department has gained a financial expert with more than twelve years of extensive experience in the field of airline finance. His professional background includes positions within UBS Investment Bank, experience as a company founder and as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions for Deutsche Lufthansa. Most recently, he was Chief Financial Officer North America for LSG Sky Chefs, the catering subsidiary of Deutsche Lufthansa AG.
