Ascent Aviation Services Corp. Announces the promotion of Melisa Ley to Controller

TUCSON, AZ – August 24, 2011 – Ascent Aviation Services Corp. (ASCENT) today formally announced the promotion of Melisa Ley to Controller. Ms Ley is directly responsible for overall operation, direction, coordination, and continuous improvement of the Accounting Department by maximizing return on financial assets while establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, reporting systems. Additional responsibilities include all billing functions for Ascent’s many Customers. Ms Ley brings ten years of financial management and leadership experience to her position with Ascent.

She reports directly to the President/Chief Financial Officer.
